Make a small table detail part of the brand

Paper napkins offer a quiet but visible place for a brand message. For example, designers add café names, monograms, short slogans, social handles, or simple illustrations. In addition, the square surface suits a centered logo with plenty of space around it. Alternatively, repeating patterns can carry the identity across the full design area. As a result, a practical table essential becomes part of the guest experience.

This paper napkin mockup suits coffee shops, bakeries, bistros, hotel cafés, and restaurant branding projects. Moreover, the espresso cup and table setting help clients picture the design in everyday use. Then, compare the logo size, text contrast, and spacing near the embossed edges. Because the paper texture remains visible, you can assess how fine details read within this scene.

Use the finished image in client proposals, brand guidelines, online portfolios, and social media. In practice, the scene helps you connect a small printed item with the wider café identity.
